EVER UPWARD ENTERTAINMENT launched in September of 2015 in Denver as a booking and management agency dedicated to provide their services to hard-working and motivated touring musicians. The company specializes in booking regional and national tours while fostering the band’s growing career and was founded when Erwin Schemankewitz parted ways with his former booking agency of three years. Being very involved in the live music scene both as a professional and as a fan, he wanted to find his own way to aid the growth and career of musicians while helping create meaningful relationships with other musicians, promoters, talent buyers, fans, and music lovers. In an industry where so many are driven to succeed because of the passion for what they do, he saw potential to grow a roster of his own and provide only the best booking and management services to meet his clients’ needs.
Ever Upward Entertainment’s roster boasts a diverse range of artists from across the country performing everything from Funk, Blues, and Jam to Roots, Americana, and Bluegrass. With our vast network of industry professionals, EUE can cater to any act’s touring and booking needs. Whether an up-and-coming or established act, today’s world of music is now one that revolves around live shows and events. We understand that because to this, having ultimate control of your creativity and career in the industry is vital to an artist’s success. Who We Are
Erwin Schemankewitz
was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his college career at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007. While pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, he had the opportunity to work and learn in a corporate environment for three years at Delta Airlines. In 2011, he was offered an internship as a booking agent with Follywood Productions out of Charleston, SC which eventually evolved into a full-time position. Being a musician, and realizing this was truly the path he was interested and passionate about, he continued to look for anything capable of furthering his music business experience.
Erwin took up talent buying and booking at local Atlanta venues, while at the same time dipping his hands into Marketing and Public Relations, working in conjunction with Eskimo Advertising. Erwin relocated to Denver in 2012 after finishing his degree at Georgia Tech and took a position with Rocky Mountain Artists, a startup booking agency in the immediate area. He worked at RMA for three years helping the new company grow and brand themselves in the Colorado scene. It was then that he began to conceptualize his own vision for an all-encompassing booking and management agency. Erwin’s vision, his love for music, and tenacious work ethic led him to begin his own venture in September of 2015, Ever Upward Entertainment. The company strives to work with only the hardest working touring musicians in the industry across the country.
